Port Presidential is a product of C. da Silva, a company that has always been projected beyond the borders of Portugal, thanks to the high quality and wide range of wines offered. This trend continues today with the well-deserved success of the Porto Presidential line. Some figures give the dimensions of this historic Portuguese house: 10,000 m2 of factory, 7,000,000 liters of wine, 3,500 oak barrels, 400,000 aging bottles... History and future expertly coexist in the company, alongside the traditional production line of the noble "Vinhos do Porto" and other selected wines, a modern bottling plant ensures high levels of quality and hygiene according to the strictest international standards. Comments: these are superior quality wines, the true, great Ports, produced in exceptional vintages from highly selected areas. Coming from a single harvest, they are aged in barrels for two or three years before being bottled. They have extraordinary organoleptic characteristics and great structure. The refinement in the bottle gives it roundness and great elegance, combined with a complex, harmonious, very characteristic bouquet, with notes of chocolate, toasted coffee, cigar box, cinnamon, pepper, dried fruit.
Serving suggestions: excellent to accompany chocolate desserts, excellent with gorgonzola or enjoyed alone as a meditation wine.
