Comments: grapes located in a particularly sunny area which allows us to obtain musts very rich in sugars. Its slow fermentation produces a wine that preserves all the aromas and characteristics of the Pedro Ximenez grapes. Transparent mahogany colour, it lasts a long time in the mouth, elegantly sweet and with a long finish. Its permanence in oak barrels is regulated and protected by the rules of the Malaga Designation of Origin regulations.
