Description
The Torres family has owned vineyards in Penedès (Catalonia) since the 17th century and in 1870 the wines produced in their vineyards were already exported to Europe, Cuba and Mexico. With 1600 hectares of property planted with the best Spanish and European noble vines, Torres is currently the largest exporter of Spanish DOC wines, present in over 120 countries around the world. The Torres family also owns 350 hectares of vineyards in Curicò (Chile) and 60 hectares in Sonoma (California), where wines of the highest quality and international prestige are produced. Thanks to the exceptional quality-price ratio that makes them truly unique, Torres wines are currently present in the most prestigious restaurants around the world, a guarantee of quality from a large company that has been able to combine the most recent oenological discoveries and centuries-old traditions.

Type of fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Temperature of 27/28 °C.
Aging: 9 months in barriques (300 litres) of American and French oak (50%).
