Historical amber Rabelott from the "balabiott" house, which tells in a British way of a first meeting between malt and hops. This English IPA with coppery reflections and a persistent white foam immediately envelops our receptors. a first soft and harmonious impression of malt and caramel opens the way to the more marked scents that represent the English hops: resinous, slightly balsamic sensations blossom, the complete bouquet seems to give the impression of entering a pine forest. scene also well represented in the taste, which is loaded with a malty entry, again with notes of caramel and a rustic base of cereals on which the more decisive hints of hops rest. the minerality helps the expression of a good bitter that is also "rustic" and woody, which touches on liquorice. the good and rich malty base supports and also leaves room for the more floral and herbaceous aromatic parts expressed by the use of a UK icon such as fuggle. the inevitable dry hopping, with its herbaceous note that is also felt in the aftertaste, completes this great classic.
