Bajon selva bottom-fermented light beer inspired by the hoppiest local pils. compared to the Teutonic classics, here the pils malts give sweet notes of acacia honey and cereal. bitter, dry, well-attenuated and abundantly hopped beer (spalt spalter dry hopped version), with spicy herbaceous and floral notes that reign supreme. balanced and linked recipe thanks also to a long cold maturation, which gives it a great character.
