Cazeau Saison
Originally, Saison was a beer produced before the summer and intended for summer laborers. It had a low alcohol content and a marked bitterness which made it truly thirst-quenching. Cazeau offers his own interpretation, embellished by the addition of elderflowers. Elderflowers, combined with Sterling hops give a wonderful result: the bitterness of the hops underlined by the flower has brought a new and truly intriguing freshness.
