Tournay Blonde is a very balanced beer, the hop flowers used during fermentation give it a slightly dry and bitter aftertaste. Balance is the main element of this beer. To avoid it being excessively hoppy, four American hops were used, consistent with each other, and subtly dosed. To give body, 100% barley malt is used, without any other cereals or added sugars.
