Description
The original idea behind the Tournay Triple was to produce a very hoppy beer rather than a strong one. Cazeau's goal is to preserve a balance between flavors and ensure that each ingredient can express itself without overwhelming the others. To respond to the bitterness of the hops, a beer with a solid malt profile was created, hence the choice of a high alcohol content (over 9% vol). Hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Fuggle and Cascade, a triple that is striking for its aromatic bouquet and its ease of drinking.
