Description
Brasserie de Cazeau’s Whope is a 6.7% ABV Belgian blonde that interprets with elegance one of the most classic expressions of the Belgian brewing tradition. In the glass it appears golden and luminous, crowned by a creamy white head that carries an aromatic profile of freshly baked bread, acacia honey, citrus zest and delicate spicy and fruity notes typical of Belgian fermentation, with hints of pear and ripe banana. The body is soft yet fluid, supported by a lively carbonation that cleanses the palate and a light, balanced bitterness, while the generous strength hides behind a surprising drinkability. A blonde that unites malty roundness and freshness, best served chilled but not ice cold, in a tulip glass, for those who seek in the Belgian tradition a harmonious, convivial expression of sincere character.
