A creamy ale with a glowing dark color and top fermentation with a generous body. A sweet and fruity flavour, a round and soft taste with a pleasant and relaxing first impression at the same time. A slightly sweet and delicately hopped finish in the mouth with flavors of red plums. It is enjoyed with pleasure and delicacy, perfect for lovers of fine foam, it is usually served at a temperature of 8-10°. For history buffs, the Charles-Quint is drunk in a 4-handled mug. Legend has it that one day Charlequint arrived at a tavern to taste a beer. The owner offered it to him while inevitably holding the handle of the mug. Charles-Quint said to him: "How do you expect me to take the beer out of your hands if you yourself hold it by the handle?" Later Charles-Quint returned to the same tavern and ordered a beer. The beer was then served in a mug with 2 handles, one for the waiter and the other for Charles-Quint. Unfortunately, the waiter offered the beer to Charles-Quint while holding both handles at the same time. Charles-Quint reacted again... and history repeated itself until there were only four handles on the mug.
