Samuel Smith's India Ale is a beer brewed with hard water taken from the well (original from the Old Brewery) 26 meters deep; best barley malt and a generous amount of aromatic hops. Thanks to fermentation in Yorkshire stone tanks, this Ale has a complex flavour, characterized by the sweetness of the malt and the fruitiness of the hops.
