The winemaking takes place in steel, favoring an approach that enhances freshness and drinkability. Five days of contact with the skins for a delicate extraction of color and structure, followed by soft pressing, carried out with a hydraulic press. The Rosso Sete grapes come from two historic plots, planted in 1978 (forty-five year old vines) and managed by Sete since 2014. It presents itself as a frank and satisfying wine, offering an immediate and vibrant tasting experience. On the nose aromas of fresh red fruits (cherry, raspberry, currant), supported by a light floral scent. Medium body and good balance. It stands out for its tastiness and excellent acidic freshness. The tannins are light and silky, well integrated into the structure. The result is fluidity and excellent drinkability. Inspired by the freedom and lightness of a ride, Rosso Sete is an extremely versatile wine, designed to be shared and drunk on every occasion.
