Birrificio War’s recipe leans on roughly 20% oats, which lend a velvety body and a soft, almost creamy mouthfeel, while a hop bill combining Rhapzody, Motueka, Mosaic Incognito and Citra Cryo builds an intense, juicy aromatic profile. On the nose and palate, Birrificio War’s beer opens with ripe mango and nectarine, finishing on a lime note that lifts each sip and keeps it fresh, clean and irresistibly drinkable.
