Il Mastio presents Bionica, a Gluten Free Pale Ale at 5.5% ABV and 28 IBU, born from the brewery's own organic barley, grown in-house, and pure spring water drawn from the Sibillini Mountains, a combination enriched by an infusion of Japanese green Hojicha tea to create an amber beer with a unique, unmistakable character, recognized among the best gluten free beers in Italy: good, craft, organic and gluten free, Bionica brings together careful sourcing and an original aromatic profile in every sip, where the toasted, gently smoky notes of Hojicha weave through the malty backbone of the barley, while the measured bitterness of its 28 IBU carries the palate through to a clean, never overpowering finish.
