Mastio litha litha was the Celtic name for the summer solstice, in fact this beer is part of the Montelago line that the mastio produces for the Celtic festival of the same name. a blanche linked to the territory, brewed with self-produced barley, with Marche wheat from the upper Macerata area and spiced with coriander and cardamom. poured into the glass it is golden, opalescent, with an abundant cap of white foam. on the nose the herbaceous, citrus and resinous/mentholed notes given by the spices used stand out. in the mouth it is dry and thirst-quenching with a pleasant final acidity.
