Brewing waterboarding latest, or maybe not, variation of IPA and here is the seventh torture! It's New England IPA's turn. clear and not very veiled despite the massive dose of flakes and hops, it has an almost clean appearance, "unusual" for a neipa. on the nose, tropical fruit is enhanced: pineapple, mango, yellow-fleshed fruit. the aromas are strong but delicate, thanks to the mix of European and American hops, sultana and zappa above all. it is soft in the mouth, thanks to the disproportionate use of cereals. the fruit returns overbearing and preponderant, making us rediscover what was already anticipated by the nose. as in any self-respecting neipa, the finish is not bitter, but well balanced. fresh and drinkable to drown in! ingredients: water, barley malt, barley flakes, wheat flakes, hops, yeast. contains: gluten
