Description
Grape variety: Parellada, Ugni Blanc.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
Comments: beautiful dark amber colour. Deep, warm aroma, with traces of dried fruit and hazelnuts, combined with elegant spicy notes (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg). Round, intensely velvety and lush on the palate, with a prolonged aftertaste typical of its noble origins and its aristocratic aging. This magnificent brandy is obtained from a double distillation of selected wines (characterised by high acidity and low alcohol content). Aged in French oak barriques.
Additional notes: PH: 3.5, acidity: 0.9 grs/l (in tartaric), residual sugars: 10.6 grs/l., approximate shelf life: > 20 years.
