La Moneuse from Brasserie de Blaugies is an authentic "saison" beer named after A.J. Moneuse, a famous local bandit and ancestor of the brewing family. This classic Belgian beer stands out for its robustness and rich, layered profile. It has a semi-dry and robust flavor profile with fresh hops, fruity notes from the yeast and a pleasant cellar sensation. La Moneuse offers a harmonious blend of malt, hops, yeast and fruitiness, representing a tribute to the Belgian brewing tradition and the history of the brewing family.
