A 10% Winter Doppelbock, flavored with a touch of cinnamon and orange peel. A robust, full-bodied beer, deep amber in colour, with fine beige foam. In the foreground we find hints of caramel and bread crust given by the malts, notes of cinnamon and orange peel emerge at the end of the sip, without ever being invasive. The drink maintains a great balance and is easy to drink, despite the high alcohol content, an ideal companion to warm up the harsh winter days.
