In Gandover 2025 we will find strong citrus notes, typical of American IPAs, and a pleasant herbaceous hint that highlights the freshness of the hops. The profile is completed by the fruity component which softens the rusticity of the fresh hop. The peculiarity is also in the use of Chinook both in fresh cones and in pellets. Obviously it's a one shot!
