The Saison d'Erpe-Mere Special Eindejaar (Lente Bier) is a top-fermented blonde beer, of the Belgian Saison type. It is not filtered but is doubly combined with the boiling hops. This is followed by a «late hopping» based on hops from the Aalst area. It is a purely natural beer. (Spring)
