Eastside 21 Grammi Fusto 24 Lt. (baionetta)

It is an Export Chocolate Stout with 7 alcohol levels in which an excessive quantity of cocoa in various forms is inserted. It has a very intense brown tending towards black with a brown foam that quickly dissolves (due to the large quantity of fats present). The note of bitter cocoa emerges forcefully on the nose followed by powdered coffee. In the mouth it is silky, dense, a chocolate transformed into a drink. The sensation is that of pure chocolate that melts in a coffee bath with light notes of licorice and hazelnut, all supported by a light alcoholic nuance.
