Imperial Stout produced with Baci di Alassio, black and impenetrable with a modestly sized cappuccino-colored foam cap. Complex nose with chocolate, coffee, licorice and vanilla in evidence. In the background there is a note of bourbon and wood. On the palate the body is full, the consistency is oily. The taste is dominated by coffee and bitter chocolate. As it warms up, the note of bourbon, vanilla and licorice emerges. The alcohol content is perceptible without ever being annoying.
