Eastside Big Dipper Fusto 20 Lt. (KeyKeg)(collab. Ritual Lab, Jungle Juice, ECB, Rebel's, Hilltop, Vento Forte)

The Big Dipper, the result of an idea born from 7 breweries in Lazio, is an impressive Imperial Stout enriched with vanilla, dried figs and raisins. It comes from a mega base made up of a must of over 34 degrees plato which is fermented with an avalanche of US yeast. After cleaning the beer, 45 kg of dried figs as well as 15 kg of raisins are sliced ??and chopped and everything is placed in nets, then placed in the fermenter in contact with the beer for 20 days. Finally, before canning and kegging, Madagascar vanilla is added. The name of the beer, "Big Dipper" or Big Dipper, as well as the graphics, are a tribute to a cartoon that effectively "trained" all the kids who grew up in the 70s and 80s. Ken the Warrior, for those who have now landed from another planet and don't know him, tells the story of a boy who in a post-apocalyptic world fights evil and defends the weakest using the lethal martial arts of the "divine school of Hokuto". On his body the signs of a scar (drawn as punishment by Shin, one of his rivals) traced the outline of the constellation of the Big Dipper (the 7 brightest stars of the constellation of the Big Dipper). Over time the 7 stars have become the distinctive sign of our hero perpetually dressed in jeans. 7 breweries like the 7 stars of the Big Dipper Asterism.
