Eastside Hocus Pocus Fusto 20 Lt. (baionetta)

A deep gold color tending towards orange, veiled, with white, creamy and fairly compact foam with good persistence. Aroma dominated by aromas of fresh fruit (pear and quince) and candied fruit (orange), white flowers, cotton candy and honey are in the background. On the palate we find candied fruit (orange and citron) followed by honey, cotton candy and candied sugar, pear and apple. The imprint of the yeasts used is clearly present with peppery, spicy and slightly phenolic notes. The significant alcohol content is well masked as well as being well balanced by the discreet but effective hopping.
