Eastside Miss White Fusto 20 Lt. (baionetta)

4.2 proof Pale Ale, as per English tradition, with a sprinkling of freshness. The beer is golden in colour, clear, with a white, compact foam and a discreet persistence. On the nose, aromas of cereals, honey, resin and a light citrus emerge. On the palate the script repeats itself, with the malted part sharing the scene with the herbaceous and resinous component. The carbonation is medium as is the bitterness. The yeast used for this release is ESB while the hopping is based on East Kent Golding in combo with Citra.
