Golden in colour, slightly cloudy, with white, persistent and creamy foam. Fresh aroma with pineapple, grapefruit and resin in evidence. We also find hints of further tropical fruits (mango, papaya) in the background. On the palate there is an opening in which resin and pineapple are the protagonists. As the beer warms, grapefruit and further tropical fruit emerge. The bitterness is strong but never excessive, the mouthfeel is silky due to the oats used in large quantities. The alcohol is well hidden. The Truth is deliberately dry and moderately carbonated to encourage drinking.
