Right on Time by Liquida Birrificio Indipendente is a 6.0% ABV West Coast IPA that puts dryness center stage. A base of Pale and Pilsner malts builds a light, clean backbone with just a whisper of cereal, leaving all the room to the hops: Elani leads the line, joined by Idaho 7 and Strata, crafting a fresh, balsamic profile with a fruity nuance that emerges without ever weighing it down. The lean body and the dry, crisp, clean finish call for the next sip, making this beer decidedly reluctant to stop at the first. On the label, three rather shady-looking characters have arranged to meet after the end of the world, and luckily the beer showed up right on time. Made only from water, barley malt, hops and yeast, and packaged in a can that blocks out light and keeps the hop freshness intact, Right on Time is a West Coast IPA to enjoy well chilled, anywhere and with anyone, even when the world has stopped being in a hurry.
