This beer is obtained through a blend of two different farmhouse ales, which mature one in steel and the other in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts. The blend is then enriched by our Tai Rosso grape and light cold hopping. Refermentation in the bottle, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
