Birrificio War’s recipe leans on roughly 20% oats, which lend a velvety body and a soft, almost creamy mouthfeel, while a hop bill combining Rhapzody, Motueka, Mosaic Incognito and Citra Cryo builds an intense, juicy aromatic profile.
