Wild Raccoon Three Sharp Knocks Fusto 24 Lt. (baionetta)(con sacca)

There is something behind that door, and you feel it before you even see it. Wild Raccoon Three Sharp Knocks is a 6.4% DDH NEIPA that builds its tension sip after sip: a shadow, a noise, a presence that grows with every mouthful until it finally takes shape. And here it is, HPA-4029, one of the brand new experimental Australian hops, bringing notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and pineapple wrapped in a soft, juicy body true to the style. The double dry hopping amplifies the hop’s aromatic character and turns it into the absolute protagonist of the glass, while the drinking experience stays round and silky. Then you hear a knock. Once. Twice. Three times.
