Château Puech Redon “Sensitive” 2024 is an organic orange wine from Languedoc-Roussillon, born from a clay-sandy-limestone terroir and from organic and biodynamic viticulture rooted in careful observation of the vineyard, where every intervention is evaluated precisely and the soil is respected by avoiding any unnecessary work; once the grapes reach full maturity, they are harvested and partially destemmed, then left to macerate for 15 days before ageing in concrete tanks and being bottled in February; the 2024 vintage opens with honeyed aromas, followed by a full and generous palate enriched with elegant notes of yellow fruit and the distinctive touch of bitterness typical of skin-contact white wines, offering an authentic, vibrant profile deeply connected to its winemaking method.
