Description
Costa d'Ulisse Macerazione is born from a careful manual selection of Moscato grape clusters, harvested at full ripeness in 10 kg crates. After crushing, the grapes are transferred to steel tanks where they remain in contact with their own skins for the entire duration of fermentation, extracting structure, texture and the deeper aromatic layers that only prolonged skin contact can unlock. The wine then ages in steel before being bottled without filtration, stabilization or fining, preserving every nuance in its most unaltered form — any sediment on the bottom of the bottle is the natural and welcome sign of this philosophy of minimal intervention. Limited production of 1133 bottles, for an orange wine of rare intimacy that reveals the Moscato grape from an unexpected and fascinating angle.
