Costa d'Ulisse Rosato is born from a careful manual selection of Syrah grape clusters, harvested in 10 kg crates to guarantee the integrity and freshness of the raw material. After a gentle pressing, the must ferments spontaneously in steel, where it ages on its own fine lees throughout the winter, gradually developing body, complexity and that gustatory tension which sets a rosé of character apart from a merely decorative one. In spring it is bottled without filtration or fining, allowing the wine to arrive in the bottle in its most authentic and unaltered expression, any sediment on the bottom is the eloquent sign of a coherent and conscious production choice. Limited production of 1400 bottles, for a Syrah rosé that does not settle for being pleasing, but wants to tell a story.
