VINO Costa D'Ulisse Selezione 2024 75 Cl.

Costa d'Ulisse Selezione is born from a careful manual selection of Syrah grape clusters, harvested in 10 kg crates with artisanal rigor. It ferments spontaneously in steel, then ages in 15 hl wooden vessels for at least one year, a long and non-negotiable time in which the wine finds its own voice. A brief rest in steel follows, then at least another year in bottle before release, for a total maturation journey that few producers allow themselves and even fewer manage with this consistency. No filtration, stabilization or fining: the wine reaches the glass exactly as the vineyard and time have shaped it, sediment included. Limited production of 1400 bottles, for a Syrah of distinction that is in no hurry to please, and for that very reason, convinces deeply.
