Eugenio Bocchino Tom Barbera D'Alba From 100% Barbera grapes, harvested manually in a vineyard at 400 meters above sea level on white clay-limestone soils. It ferments in steel with 15 days of maceration, ages 8 months in concrete and at least 12 months in large exhausted barrels. A varietal, fresh, acidic wine with a good body and a pleasant tannin that never goes beyond the lines. On the nose hints of berries, cherry, black cherry, black pepper and spices. Contains Sulphites.
