Fabio Ferracane White Wine From pure Catarratto grapes, grown in the Bellusa district of Salemi, on soil tending towards calcareous at around 160 m above sea level. The harvest takes place manually towards the end of September. It ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and is vinified with a light maceration on the skins for 2 days, followed by pressing and aging in steel. Golden yellow in colour; the nose is floral with hints of almond; in the mouth we find a good body, a fresh, savory and persistent wine.
