Le Coste Pizzicante Bianco 2023 Obtained from Moscato Giallo grapes, with some addition of Procanico to give structure and freshness. To have a more ready product, with a more stable bubble, it is left to mature on the yeast for more than a year and then, after disgorgement, it refines for a further 3 months before being released on the market, to give the wine time to reabsorb the shock of the "dégorgement" and harmonize the addition of wine from the topping up. The result is a pleasant sparkling ancestral method on the aromatic notes of muscat, floral, very fine citrus fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, fragrant, already has an excellent balance and a delicate finish with floral and citrus aromatic notes.
