Azienda Agricola Le Coste’s Rosatello 2025 is born from a blend of roughly 70% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Aleatico, where the structure of the two Bordeaux varieties meets the aromatic, distinctive character of Aleatico. The grapes undergo direct pressing to extract a delicate must and a pale colour, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel, preserving the freshness and purity of the fruit. Six months of ageing follow before bottling in March, and the wine then rests another six months in bottle before release: an unhurried timeline, uncommon for a rosé, that rounds out its profile and reveals its balance. A rosé of character, telling of the patient work and attentive hand of Le Coste.
