Description
Zanotto Nude is an unfiltered sparkling rosé wine of ancestral character, crafted from a blend of 85% Glera and 15% Raboso, refermented in the bottle on the lees following the most authentic tradition, for an elegant, flavourful and well-structured result that wins you over from the very first sip. On the nose it opens with fresh and immediate notes of freshly pressed grapes and delicate peach, while on the palate the fragrance is persistent and balanced, accompanied by ripe fruit aromas that linger into a pleasant and harmonious finish. The choice not to filter the wine and to allow the lees to settle naturally at the bottom is a declaration of respect towards the raw material and towards those who drink it, offering a living, authentic product far removed from the logic of industrial production. It can be enjoyed clear by leaving the lees to settle at the bottom of the bottle, or by gently inverting the bottle to cloud it and release the full intensity of its aromas for an even richer and more enveloping experience.
