Zanotto Rude is an unfiltered sparkling macerated white wine, produced using the ancestral method of in-bottle refermentation and with no addition of sulphur dioxide, for a result that is authentic and true to the raw material. The white grapes are vinified like red grapes, undergoing several days of skin maceration with repeated pump-overs, which give the wine an archaic and fascinating orange-leaning colour, characteristic of so-called natural orange wines. Refermentation takes place in the bottle with a natural settling of the lees at the bottom, completing a rigorous and traditional production process.
