Description
Zanotto Silver is an elegant and refined Brut sparkling wine produced from a blend composed predominantly of Glera grapes combined with a selection of other varieties chosen for their natural aptitude for sparkling wine production and their complementary quality. The winemaking process involves a gentle pressing with immediate separation of the must from the skins, followed by cold settling and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, to preserve the freshness and aromatic purity of the wine to the fullest. The secondary fermentation takes place in steel tanks using the Martinotti method and lasts three months, giving the sparkling wine a fine and persistent perlage that accompanies an intense and inviting bouquet, with notes of green apple and citrus dominating a fresh and precise aromatic profile. On the palate the taste is dry and harmonious, with a residual sugar of 10 g/l that perfectly balances the freshness and liveliness of the bubbles, making it a versatile and thoroughly enjoyable sparkling wine. Ideal as an aperitif, with light starters and fish-based dishes, Zanotto Silver is the expression of the finest Brut sparkling wine tradition, capable of accompanying every convivial occasion with elegance.
