Col Fondo Wild is an unfiltered sparkling white wine produced using the ancestral method of in-bottle refermentation on the lees, wild and exuberant just as its name suggests, a genuine expression of free-spirited and authentic winemaking. In the glass it displays a striking bright yellow colour that immediately catches the eye, then opens onto a broad aromatic spectrum ranging from apple to ripe pear, with pleasant notes of yellow fruit and bread crust rounding out a rich and inviting bouquet.
