Rochefort 10 33 Cl.

Rochefort 10 is a Trappist beer created shortly before 1950. It is the most alcoholic beer from Rochefort Abbey and is also the richest. Sometimes called "Marvel", it has a very dark brown color with mahogany highlights. It is clear, despite resting on a bed of yeast. It is covered with a fleeting beige foam crossed by a relatively saturated effervescence. On the nose and mouth there is a notable syrupy and caramelized intensity. The flavor is soft before arriving at the explosion which opens up to slightly acrid and spicy spicy flavours. Fruity notes of plum and very fine cocoa perfect the tasting. Bitterness remains relatively low, leaving the focus on the malt and fruity flavors. The body is strong but refined, noble and elegant. An excellent Trappist beer.
