Description
Japanese plum liqueur, made with a sake base and plenty of Japanese plums. It is the traditional plum liqueur of country houses, produced once a year for local families. Ume (typical Japanese plums) are macerated in sake, releasing a naturally acidic taste, balanced however by an initial sweetness and a slightly almondy aroma.
Ingredients: Pure alcohol, plums, nihonshu, fructose, sugar. Contains: Gluten
