Eranomele Grigia di Torriana Maderxxxxx
Variety of native Piedmontese pear born by chance more than two centuries ago from a seed that fell to the ground, Madernassa is told through this spontaneously fermented cider. Freshly harvested pears are ground and pressed, then the indigenous yeasts present on the skins patiently transform the juice in the harsh winter climate. The cider opens with a fresh aroma of citrus esters, and then shows the natural residual sweetness of the pear balanced by the acidity typical of wild fermentations. A drink with a bold and crunchy bite, capable of leaving room for a full-bodied and velvety finish.
