Biscuit Behemoth by Mad Scientist is an 11% ABV pastry imperial stout, the evolution of the legendary 2018 Cookie Monster, the chocolate chip imperial stout that won over enthusiasts, now reimagined in 2023 as a cookies & cream. Mad Scientist’s craft turns the indulgence of a chocolate sandwich cookie with cream into a glass as black as night, dense and enveloping, with full body and a hazelnut-hued head. On the nose and palate, Mad Scientist’s beer recalls dark chocolate, crunchy biscuit and a velvety creaminess reminiscent of the filling, with a rich sweetness held in check by the deep roast typical of imperial stouts.
