Description
Torres 15 is a tribute to Miquel Torres Carbó who, as a young man, rebuilt the cellar after it was destroyed in a bombing in 1939 during the Spanish Civil War. He invested a lot of time and effort in the creation of old "Soleras" and in the creation of large stocks of brandy
Comments: Amber in color with golden reflections. Intense, elegant and rich in aromas. Toasted, smoky notes predominate, with hints of cedar. Then again vanilla, cinnamon, dried fruit and nuts, with spicy nuances of oak. Very complex on the palate and well structured, rich in tannins. Hints of toasted oak; persistent, concentrated and intense finish. The distillation is the classic one of white wines, followed by aging in American oak barrels using the traditional "Solera" system.
