Villa Lobos is the result of a relationship of friendship and close collaboration between the two most respected and authoritative distillers of Tequila: Carlos Camarena and Dale Sklar. The agave used for Villa Lobos is entirely harvested from agaveros from the Camarena family's plantations in Los Altos, in the famous Arandas Highlands, thus guaranteeing only the sweetest and ripest agave. It is a perfect example of Tequila handcrafted with passion and care in a traditional way. Villa Lobos uses Agave azul tequilana Weber harvested at 6-7 years old, in the geographical area of ??Arandas, Jalisco. The agave cooks for 2 days and remains in the oven for another 2 days to cool, the juice stripped of the fibers is fermented spontaneously without the addition of yeasts, each batch has different flavors as in the true artisan tradition. It is a unique tequila, different from all the others on the market, which does not need colorful and expensive bottles, or extravagant packaging, the liqueur speaks for itself.
