Description
The Fujisan Whiskey 40° is a blended whiskey produced in Yamanashi Prefecture. The color is deep amber. Delicate on the palate, with light hints of wood given by barrel aging, notes of vanilla, caramel, tobacco and liquorice. Easy and pleasant to drink, it is perfect at the end of a meal and good in combination with chocolate. It is also excellent to use for mixing classic or modern cocktails... or for a classic whiskey & soda which is very popular in Japan and is called Highball or Soda-wari. High quality guaranteed, in limited production. The water used is sweet, very pure and taken from wells dug in the forest area on Mount Fuji at more than 1000m. in height. The deep rocks, rich in minerals, give a rich palate and complex, elegant aromas to this unique bottle.
